Beekeeping 101 Sunday April 14 (PM)- Package bee installation into hives

Beekeeping 101, for beginners. No experience necessary. Identify bees, types, parts of the hive, anatomy of the bee, hive demonstration. We will be installing a package of Italian Bees into a hive box. (weather permitting). If it is raining or below 60 degrees we will cancel the class and return funds to you if this is the case. The class is held outside, please dress appropriately with close toed boots or sneakers, jean/pants, layer clothing (long sleeve and short sleeve). We will supply bee suit if you do not have your own.
