MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND (WEEK OF MAY 10TH)

U-PICK SEASON IS HERE: You can pick Cherries Strawberries, Mulberries, Blackberries and Peaches this weekend

This weekend will be our OPENING WEEKEND for many of our Cherry Orchards.  From now until early June, cherry  season is in full swing with farms opening new lots every week as new cherry varieties become available. This week, we are introducing three cherry varieties:

 Tioga Cherry: This variety offers a sweet crunch, dark flesh and a tangy finish. It’s moderate to large size makes it great for snacking.

 Coral Cherry: Loved by many, the coral variety is sweet and juicy with “pop” at the first bite. Corals are generously large making every bite satisfying.

 Black Pearl Cherry: This variety is a deep burgundy in color. With their sweet flavor and moderate firmness, this variety is perfect for snacking or baking.

But don’t stop at cherries! Visit the largest u-pick mulberry  farm on the West Coast at Very Mulberry farm. Unlike other berries, mulberries are pure sweetness with a rich jammy flavor with no tartness.

And for those who prefer strawberries, pluck them right from the patch-perfect for little ones with their low-to-the-ground rows.

Our Digital Map is realtime so the “Interactive Map” will only display pin-drops of OPEN farms. Use the ALL FARMS map to see the location of all our farms and to plan out your trip.

Our “Status List” will provide a list of all our farms and their CURRENT/REALTIME Status. If the farm is marked as “Closed” look at their message to see their hours of operation. (**If you’re looking at the status list at 9PM, chances are, all the farms will be marked as closed because it is after business hours)
